Christmas Eve Caroling Truck

As I mentioned, on Christmas Eve we headed out after dinner to catch up to the Christmas Caroling Truck. We were lucky enough to discover this neat event last Christmas Eve right in our neighborhood. We were so excited for Jack to see it and his expression was worth the wait.

The truck, the carolers, and the crowd was crazy as usual. Huge crowds for the 28th annual Christmas Eve.

It was super loud, there were lights and snow, and there were hundreds of kids following the truck. So, of course, Jack was amazed. And when I say amazed I mean, MESMERIZED.

He couldn't take his eyes off of them. It wasn't exactly a giant smile and laughter...it was just severe awe and concentration as he tried to figure out what was going on. So so cute.

The whole extended family enjoyed the outing...turns out it didn't matter how old you were.

Thanks to Aunt Leslie for taking this picture of everyone!

John and I can't wait to take Jack back every year. So fun!

Sort of depressingly apocalyptic but also sort of cool with the light and the "snow" in the background.
